Traditional Martial Arts

Our main focus is Tang Soo Do. Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean Martial Art, sometimes called “Korean Karate”. It is a striking art that specializes in kicking, and stresses the development of power through technique rather than muscular strength. Tang Soo Do incorporates defensive techniques and strategies with joint locks, weight distribution and balance, using both hard and soft theories in our fighting style.  Personal betterment of ones-self is by far the top priority of Tang Soo Do; developing good character allows us to positively affect our family, friends and community
